  • Return and Refund Policy

    1. Returns

    • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., modification done to the product, custom products, or final sale items).

    • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at +65 6316 3373. We will provide instructions for returning your item. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    2. Refunds

    • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Do take note that there will be a 5% deduction on refund amount. 

    • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

    • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at +65 6316 3373.

    3. Exchanges

    • Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at +65 6316 3373 and follow the return process.

    4. Shipping

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Shipping Time: The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.
